Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Manager will seek to recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and management procedures. Responsible for administrative tasks and will contribute to making the company a better place to work. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems and provide counseling on policies and procedures. Ensuring that employees receive fair pay and benefits throughout the year.

  • Administrate and execute recruiting processes in technical and professional positions.
  • Updating job descriptions, HR policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Promote working culture and business improvement.
  • Employee performance administration and employee talent development.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Monitor work environment and create action plans to make operations more productive.
  • Employee periodical evaluations.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, vacations, sick days, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Conflict management & work environment problem solving.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to management.
  • Payroll administration
  • Documentation archive

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in administration, social studies or related field of study.
  • Advanced Bilingual (English and Spanish). English level C1 or above
  • Microsoft Office Advanced
  • Minimum 35 years of proven experience as HR officer, administrator, coordinator or other HR related position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and classify according to priority matrix.
  • Talent development & management experience.
  • Turnover and absenteeism strategies.
  • Recruitment processes.
  • Work environment strategies development.
  • Change management oriented.

Pay:
$30, $45,000.00 per month
