Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an
_IT Collaboration Support Engineer_ located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

_IT Collaboration Support Engineer _will be based in
_Guadalajara North site._

Giving Support to Flex Enterprise Collaboration Technologies on America Shift._

What a typical day looks like:

_ This position is for Global support based on GDL Site._

- _ Will be responsible for operations and support of collaborative and productive mail systems, office 365, SharePoint._
- _ Service Now Ticket Service._
- _ Collaboration support._
- _ Project execution, Automation processes._
- _ They will help to improve procedures and monitoring and will work on process automation tasks / scripts._
- _ Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change management processes._

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

_ Bachelor's Degree in engineering, systems or related._

- _ Junior experience in a similar role._
- _ Customer focus._
- _ Schedule availability _
- _ Scripting Knowledge._
- _ English:Advanced ( speaking, reading, writing)_
- _ Preferably_ _Share point Knowledge._
