Responsibilities:

Manage a team of mechanical design engineers and manufacturing engineersOversee the design and development of industrial equipmentEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetCollaborate with other departments to support production and product improvement initiativesMentor and develop engineering team membersDrive continuous improvement in engineering processes and practices
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in industrial equipment designProficiency in GD&T and SolidWorksExperience managing engineering teamsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPay: $70, $100,000.
