A multidisciplinary firm consisting of architects, urban planners, urban designers, and landscape architects. They are culture-driven with a strong focus on design and sustainability. They are a large firm with offices around the world. They do both public and private sector projects. All projects today are developed under a Net 0 framework. Always interested in meeting exceptional design professionals eager to work in housing, mobility, and community.

One of their unique strengths is providing design-intensive services that resolve complex urban issues, including land-use regulations, regional infrastructure requirements, and community development.

Your Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish-English;
• 5+ years of experience;
• Experience in multiple typologies is an asset;
• Exceptional design, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills;
• Strong in Revit;
• Project management experience is an asset;
• Experience with sustainable design principles including energy modeling, daylighting analysis, and life cycle assessment tools are an asset.

Nice-to-Haves

• Technical understanding of building construction detailing including experience in urban projects related to tourism, mobility, housing, public space, and landscape at different scales will be valued as an asset
