Purpose of Your Work:


The sales and marketing
Data Specialist will join the Global Sales Operations team and play an integral role in driving the continued success of the business.

The sales and marketing Data Specialist will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive go-to-market strategy and improve overall business performance.


As a Data Specialist,

Your research and discoveries will play a pivotal role, influencing programmatic decisions throughout the customer lifecycle.

This position will be all-encompassing of both front-end marketing and sales campaign analysis and holistic performance of Marketing activities in an effort to support Redwood's financial goals.


How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Collect and analyze data related to prospect lists, marketing campaigns, customer behavior, digital presence, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and insights that can inform sales and marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Design, deliver, and present highquality performance reporting that supports business objectives and the objectives of the Revenue team to business stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Create and continuously improve current reports in Salesforce and Tableau to help track business trends and performance in a turnkey way
  • Develop automated dashboards and other reporting techniques to help visualize relevant trends in data, working with business stakeholders to identify requirements
  • Research contacts within ideal customer profiles including champions, buyers and other personas specific to cross sell, accountbased marketing (ABM), campaigns and events.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM data, identifying and addressing any data quality issues or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and more to datadriven marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Stay uptodate on emerging trends and technologies in data analysis, sales intelligence, and marketing technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption and implementation.
  • Communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and compelling way.
  • Own reporting and continuous refinement of Redwood's Marketing dashboards in order to support datadriven decision making across all channels.
  • Measure the effectiveness and financial impact of Marketing channels and efforts towards customer acquisition and crosssales.

You've Got This:


  • Growth mindset
  • 13 years of in data analysis, preferably in a marketing context
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
  • Some knowledge of SQL (Tableau experience a plus)
  • Salesforce CRM, HubSpot marketing automation, 6Sense ABM platform, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
