    The Position

    We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to help us achieve our goal of doing it better than it has ever been done before.

    This role is focused on enhancing the candidate experience for prospective contractors. As one of the first points of contact with Porch, you will be trusted to make smart and timely decisions, think ahead, and solve problems as they arise.

    Responsibilities

    As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Porch, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for work-from-home teams who support the Porch business.

    • Meeting recruiting and hiring targets
    • Maintaining strong working relationships with Porch managers

    Your work will directly impact the growth of our company as we expand our remote teams.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • 4+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting
    • 4+ years of experience in recruiting for US-based companies
    • Fully fluent or bilingual in English
    • Good communication skills, especially in listening and persuasion
    • Time management and organization
    • Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes
    • Confidence to work with management at all levels
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional recruiting and hiring experiences for our hires

    Work Environment

    You will need a quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload, a laptop (or a desktop computer), and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
