SuccessFactors Specialist
Requirements_**:
_
- Experience in managing HR transactions with high accuracy for at least 12 years.
- Must have experience on HR System
- SuccessFactors & SAP
- Should have good understanding of HR process (Hire to Retire)
- Must have good EXCEL skills with basic formula knowledge.
- Fluent English
- Should have good communication skills
- Overall knowledge of HR operations
- Customer Service experience would be an advantage.
- Must live in Guadalajara, Jalisco to be considered.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- 8hour shift + onehour lunch
- Morning shift: 8 am
- 5 pm
- Afternoon shift: 11 am 8 pm
- Hybrid model: 2 days a week at the office. Located at Technology Park, Tata
- Work on weekends, once a month.
