    **Gestión Administrativa y de Operaciones Financieras**

    El objetivo principal de esta posición es brindar apoyo en la creación y actualización de herramientas que permitan mantener la calidad y oportunidad de la información financiera, realizar análisis para identificar riesgos y oportunidades, gestionar el gasto y controlar los niveles financieros de las cuentas de balance a cargo, cumpliendo con estándares contables y normativos vigentes.

    Se requiere monitorear la ejecución del gasto por línea de negocio, garantizar la estabilidad de las cifras y generar herramientas y controles para la predictibilidad de pronósticos financieros. Además, es fundamental tener capacidad analítica para comprender a detalle los resultados financieros del IT Banco en México y América Latina, por línea de Negocio, con el fin de brindar reportes útiles para la toma de decisiones de negocio y de los clientes internos y externos.

    Es indispensable poseer habilidades técnicas y analíticas que le permitan actuar como segunda línea de defensa de la información financiera, dando certeza y valor agregado a la información utilizada para la toma de decisiones.

    Entre sus actividades se encuentran:

    - Evaluar y analizar la información de gestión relacionada con los proveedores de servicios externos, monitorear su desempeño y garantizar que se respeten los niveles presupuestales establecidos, así como informar de riesgos y oportunidades para la correcta toma de decisiones.

    - Participar y apoyar en actividades de planeación financiera, tecnológica y de recursos.

    - Contribuir a la toma de decisiones de la alta dirección mediante el uso de información de gestión, información de desempeño, análisis, foros y comentarios de las partes interesadas.

    - Apoyo en foros y comités para representar la visión del área de negocio.

    - Investigar y buscar soluciones para problemas discretos que puedan estar afectando negativamente el desempeño de la unidad de negocios.

    - Garantizar la confiabilidad de la información financiera, generando herramientas de control y de monitoreo que permitan evitar volatilidad en las cifras.

    - Garantizar la correcta certificación de cifras financieras en los sistemas institucionales, vigilando que las políticas, soportes y procedimientos se encuentren vigentes y apegados al cumplimiento normativo.

    - Mantener sistemas confiables y dinámicos que permitan reflejar de forma oportuna los requerimientos de análisis y presentación de la información.

    - Elaboración de reportes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales para el Senior Management de IT.

    - Gestión con diversas áreas internas para garantizar la entrega correcta y oportuna de información, estimaciones mensuales y anuales (Cierre de Mes, Trimestrales y Anuales).

    - Identificar, Comunicar y Cuantificar claramente los riesgos.

    - Análisis de resultados del cierre de mes, forecast y target para los diferentes foros en los que se presenta la información.

    - Presentación Ejecutiva de resultados para comités.

    Requisitos:

    - Experiencia en Planeación Financiera en entidades bancarias.

    - Contabilidad de entidades financieras - banco, aseguradora (bajo estándares locales de México e Internacionales IFRS).

    - Office y Excel avanzado.

    - Idioma inglés - dominio avanzado (oral y escrito).

    - Alto nivel de análisis, liderazgo, negociación, buenas relaciones interpersonales, creatividad y solución de problemas, trabajo en equipos diversos y multiculturales.

    - Escolaridad: Economía, Actuaria, Matemático, Finanzas o equivalente.

    - Conocimiento en lenguajes de programación.
