Drive merchandising efforts through gender/category management of assortments. Assort an impactful menu by wholesale segment (dept stores, chains/value, specialty, premium) by country with inputs from cross functional partners

• Execute assortment plans for dedicated country needs
• Prepare for and attend Regional milestones including input into Brief, Product Knowledge Seminars & Investment Review
• Create merchandise menus for channel/gender needs based on segmented approach for the market in each sector
• Create assortment tools for each segment needs
• Act as the DTC expert for product performance providing consistent and clear month end business recaps to leadership
• Manage data entry needs to ensure adoption & PO creation
• Read & react to performance reviews of channel data
• Bachelor's degree preferred along with retail or merchandising experience
• Ability to effectively problem solve
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Bilingual 5+ years' experience creating continuous integration/deployment for on premise environments
• Experience using cloud native tools to monitor cloud infrastructure and/or servicesLOCATIONMexico, D.
