This is a permanent, full-time position located in Mexico City, Mexico, reporting to the Director of Sales, LATAM.

    In this role, you will beresponsible for driving sales of Invixium's latest Enterprise Series products through our distribution channel across Latin America and the Caribbean.

    This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in ELV/Security system distribution, a proven track record of achieving revenue goals, and the ability to conduct regional roadshows for dealer engagement.

    RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify, qualify, and appoint new sub-distributors to strengthen market presence and ensure alignment with business objectivesConduct regional road shows and training sessions for distributor dealers to enhance sales performanceDevelop and maintain strong relationships with our master distributors, ensuring a smooth supply chain and optimized sales operations.

    Implement customer service strategies that enhance distributor satisfactionMaintain accurate records of distribution activities, sales performance, and market trends using tools such as ERP and Power BI.Analyze distribution data and compile reports to optimize decision-making and market strategy.

    Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless operations.

    Monitor industry developments and apply best practices to improve distribution effectiveness and efficiencyQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Business, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or TelecommunicationProven experience in ELV/Security system distribution with a successful track record in a similar industryStrong ability to identify and onboard new sub-distributors while optimizing existing distribution networksExcellent communication, negotiation, and product presentation skills in Spanish and English.
