    Siemens Energy is looking for an expert in the Human Resources area that can support our growing workforce in Queretaro, Mexico

    The Human Resources Business Partner will be the first point of contact for new employees and hiring managers from offer acceptance to onboarding and will handle all inquiries from new hires. They will fuel our mission of building a work culture that is defined by our caring, agile, respectful, and accountable individuals. They will champion our workforce of the future by generating power through diversity as We Energize Society

    How You'll Make an Impact

    ·Implement and manage policies, procedures, and programs of the HR functions in accordance with the local labor laws. Coordinate onboarding process for new hires.

  • Schedule and facilitate new-hire orientation sessions. Monitor and coordinate requests and delivery of all provisioning items by new hire's start date.
  • Welcome new employees, facilitate personnel file completion.
  • Ensure follow-up of the probation and integration period.
  • Maintains accurate HR reporting data for new hires in internal HR systems.
  • Engage in an exciting environment on challenging projects.
  • Become a part of a growing function with a dynamic, informal, and inspiring working environment in a position that entails a large responsibility.
  • Bring innovative ideas and apply them to the existing processes to build a strong culture in the Hub.
  • What You Bring

  • ·University Degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, industrial engineering or similar. 5 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, payroll, compensation, or onboarding is desirable.
  • ·Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
  • Must be proactive, with great communication skills and a team player. Must be able to present data to key stakeholders.
  • ·Good understanding of Microsoft software. General knowledge of local labor laws.
  • ·Flexible and solution oriented.
  • ·Knowledgeable of local job markets is critical.
  • ·Must be adaptable to change.
  • ·Ability to travel at least 10%.
