Our Customer Service Reps provide service and support for our customers from Electronics, Automotive and Mechanical metal industries, and the branch sales team with activities such as:

Expedites, order entry, credit and rebills, open order administration, quoting, forecast analysis, follow up on quotes, RMAs, Inside Sales support, between others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Ability to work independently and with teams to:

  • Satisfy customers through, among other tasks and timely processing of orders.
  • Develop solid working relationships with customers and team members.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, effective and professional manner.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Grow to increase scope of responsibilities.

Qualifications:


Education and/or Experience:

  • Associates degree from University (Engineering or Administrative degree); or a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales or a combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

  • The individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Past experience with PC based order entry in ERP systems.
English spoken.

A partir de $23,000.00 al mes

  • Turno de 8 horas
