    Production Manager: Drive Efficiency and Sustainability at Freudenberg

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, sustainability, and quality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production schedules, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing waste.
    • Quality and Safety Assurance: Monitor production processes to guarantee adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Sustainability and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, adopt eco-friendly materials and practices, and minimize the company's ecological footprint.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity, analyzing data to inform decisions and drive operational improvements.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and cost control, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) as a Production Manager or similar roles, with a strong track record of driving efficiency, sustainability, and quality.
    • Skills: Strong understanding of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001, IATF 16949; proficiency in analyzing production metrics and implementing process improvements; knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Languages: Advanced English Level required.
    • Industry Experience: Experience working in an Automotive company is highly desirable.
