What You'll Be Doing:


  • Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce using standard declarative / programmatic capabilities including flows, validation rules, reporting, user/role/permission set administration, marketplace apps and much more
  • Write new and troubleshoot existing APEX classes/triggers
  • Manage and improve upon our experience/partner cloud sites using LWCs and Aura components
  • Work closely with other business units to help troubleshoot and build integrations with internal product APIs and databases
  • Troubleshoot user reported issues across Sales/Service/Experience cloud
  • Work with ETL tools such as Segment and Census to build and make updates to our data flows
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce team to brainstorm solutions and complete assigned tasks within defined sprints
  • Collaborate with other technical leaders across DO in analyzing requirements and designing integration solutions
  • Help solution and define the team's long term roadmap to support ongoing growth
  • Work with large data sets in Salesforce / MySQL / Snowflake / PostgreSQL. Working knowledge of GO would be an asset

What We'll Expect From You:


  • 57+ years minimum, of job related experience writing/debugging APEX, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura, and VisualForce pages
  • Experience with large Experience Cloud sites
  • Experience with custom API integrations
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator and Platform App certifications required. Experience Cloud Consultant and Omnistudio certifications preferred
  • Strong automation building (Salesforce Flow) and troubleshooting skills
  • Previous experience in sales operations, business operations, customer success, or account management preferred
  • Experience with Github, CI/CD, Agile Methodology, Jira
