- Monitor and analyze DLP events to create reports, identify/interpret risk and prioritize actions
- Receive and process DLP based exceptions to guidelines, policy and controls
- Conduct research on specific incidents and/or proactive protection efforts
- Update and manage DLP exception catalogues
- Run periodic DLP scans and provide reports to stakeholders
- Identify and report security related risks and controls gaps
- Manage and troubleshoot DLP tools to reflect and enforce IGDP policy
- Provide input for cyber security tool enhancements to improve reporting and detection capabilities
- Perform data protection related requirements analysis
- Represent technical changes in Global Change Approval Board meetings
- Hands on experience with event handling and reporting on at least two of following: Proofpoint DLP, Symantec DLP, MS AIP, MS DLP or PaloAlto DLP or equivalent
- Experience with at least one of core data protection regulations (. PCI, GDPR, LFPDPPP)
- Knowledge of a data classification schema and corresponding controls (. MIP)
- 2-5 years relevant work experience, including internship experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Software Engineering, Business, Information Management, Information Security or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Highly organized, detail oriented, possessing strong analytical and customer service skills
- Flexibility to accommodate shift work which may be required to cover global location requirements
- Proficient in both English and Spanish languages
- Competent at presenting data risk and protection concepts, both verbal and written
- Intermediate problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient time management and organizational skills
