Customer Service Assistant

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Follow up idles containers

Liaise with depots/terminals

Notify customers/ suppliers

Help to solve all issues related to equipment stolen-damaged, notify updates to related teams

Keep system and vessel files up dated with accuracy and during the time established as per law /specific instruction

Validate costs related to empty equipment

REQUIRED

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of shipping industry

Knowledge of customs operations

Knowledge of maintenance & repair

Knowledge of port operations

Knowledge of CMA- CGM services

Basic knowledge of import & export processes

Read, write, speak english in everyday and professional situations.
