Responsibilities:


Global Procurement Competitive Sourcing Manager

Main Purpose

  • As a Delivery Lead your role will be to lead the RFX Service Delivery for all of the Global Business Services' sites.
  • This role will manage the service delivery and operations of RFx Global Procurement (GP) processes supporting PepsiCo GP associates globally.
  • The role is accountable for GP service delivery, continuous process improvement and optimization of a broad scope of GP Services, meeting defined service levels and KPIs, including customer satisfaction. The role will build and execute the service delivery organization including hiring, training, KT & process integration across GP teams.
  • The role will manage process documentation. For compliance & audit, local audit/risk management and local vendor management.
  • The role will work with the North America, EUROPE, LATAM GP team as work is transitioned and connects are built across Sector GP service sites.

Accountabilities
GP Service Delivery Strategy and Mexico Business Services (MBS) Site Strategy

  • Partner with the Sector GP team and Integration Lead to review the GP Shared Services Delivery strategy for the Mexico site: Service Delivery Model, Process transition roadmap, SLA definition and Service catalogue
  • Partner with the

Mexico Site Leader:
Contribute to the strategy, processes and standards for all GP Service Integration aspects: technology tools, collaboration mechanisms, integration scope, planning sessions, knowledge transfer and governance, to setup and deploy repeatable service integration processes

  • Lead the Mexico Site GP delivery team: Translate the related parts of the GP strategy into operational plans; monitor compliance and initiate corrective/optimizing measures in case of deviations/exceptions
  • GP Service Setup in Golabl Business Services (GBS) Hub, Liaise globally within GBS to ensure leverage and efficiency.
  • Ensure that the site set up supports the GBS business case assumptions and deliverables
  • Mitigate key risks during integrations: Ensure local mitigation actions are identified, tracked and executed with the right escalation and support model
GP Service Delivery

  • Accountable for successful integration and transition of new GP services based on the process transition plans and meeting all defined SLAs and KPIs as per the roadmap
  • Ensure that the Mexico site work process and services are integrated with a focus on continuous improvement,
  • Responsible for development of local business continuity plans
  • Work closely with GP stakeholders across PepsiCo and the NA, LATAM and Europe GP team to drive respective initiatives and to anticipate future needs and opportunities
People & Organization

  • Responsible for the leadership, organization, coordination, development and execution of the GP services and delivery teams in Mexico site
  • Support talent development and exchange across delivery teams to ensure that future organization structure allows to attract and retain the best talent for the future
  • Active networking and integration with PepsiCo Global Service Centers for best practice sharing and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Request for Proposal experience is required
years of experience in GP Operations/Shared Services/Service integration environment

  • People leadership / management experience required
  • Broad experience in multiple Global Procurement disciplines (e.g. Contracting, Spend Analytics, Supplier Information Management.) is preferred
  • Advanced English is a must
  • Portuguese Language desired and a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of strong serv
