Responsibilities:


Associate Manager SAP Supply Chain Functional

Main purpose


Responsible for the E2E Supply Chain Enterprise Solutions lifecycle for LATAM, including the requirement gathering and fulfillment, continuous improvement and service stability based on the agreed SLAs, focusing on Quality Management and Production planning and execution.


Key areas of responsibility are focused on SAP Quality Management, plus all the integration with the different components of the ecosystems to enable the Supply chain solutions using standard capabilities and services, or deploying new ones based on business requirements and aligned architecture strategy.


Accountabilities

  • Under his area of technical responsibility evaluate, estimate, plan and develop initiatives by leading or supporting the initiatives based on scope established with the sector and global teams
  • Establish and operate continuous delivery, deployment, monitoring and improvement capabilities
  • Guarantee solutions with high level of quality and security, focused on minimum to non impact on production
  • Implement and govern testing automation process focused on time to deliver improvements and quality and security requirements facilitation
  • Resource Management for proposal feasibility, project planning and execution, using internal and external
resources based on the flow of requirements

  • Guarantee solutions stability based on agreed SLAs within IT and the business
  • Improve time to market for adjustments or new capabilities
  • Encourage agile practices adoption using the SAFe framework.
  • Guarantee the execution of the agile initiatives under the DevSecOps culture and mindset.
  • Maintain a servant leadership style, supporting and improving constantly the self and collaborators skills.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • 05+ years of handson SAP implementation path related with supply chain modules in particular QM and PP
  • 03+ years of related IT business work experience, experience managing a team with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent, and focused on Supply Chain processes.

Tech skills

  • Knowledge of integration points on Supply Chain QM module and related business processes, plus nice to have knowledge on PP
  • Knowledge and experience in following tools and processes: SAP Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, ITIL tools/processes and production support
  • Agile, DevOps or DevSecOps
  • Program and Project Management

Non tech skills

  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills with a track record of seniorlevel interaction, communication and presentation experience
  • Solid Understanding of Supply Chain process and its relations with other business processes
  • Ability to identify and propose solutions for highly complex problems
  • Translate business requirements into technical language, and vice versa
  • Must be highly selfmotivated with track record of driving competing & conflicting priorities
  • Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision while consistently meeting objective
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams
