Responsible for the result of the whole Organization. Establishes objectives and strategies that will determine the course of the organization.

Elaborates, negotiates and manages the objectives and budgets of the Company, as well as the strategy and action plans to fulfill objectives. Validates and authorizes he standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the company.
Ensures the optimal operation of the functional áreas of the Company.
Plans and directs the operation of the Company in order to develop New Markets, and obtain a Sales Volume and competitive position within the market.
Responsible for selecting, training, motivating and developing and acting as a facilitator of his staff.
Responsible for promoting and maintaining interdepartmental harmony.
Develop and implement organizational structure to meet site operation objectives.

Experience:

- +8 Years experience as General Manager

Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Degree in business management or a masters in business administration or similar.
Strong interpersonal, multitasking and problem solving skills +7 Years experience as Main Responsible for the results of the company.
