- Supervisar el rendimiento de los equipos de ventas y de la sucursal establecida en la región y reasignar los recursos de manera eficiente para mejorar los resultados.
- Gestionar los recursos materiales y humanos para mejorar la productividad del distrito.
- Supervisar las actividades comerciales tales como: la administración de ventas, servicio al cliente, distribución, facturación, crédito y cobranza, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
- Gestionar a los clientes para asegurar que se logren los objetivos de ventas, se agreguen nuevos clientes para aumentar los ingresos y se mantengan las relaciones con los clientes existentes.
- Asegurar el desempeño de seguridad de todos los empleados
- Educación: Profesional en carreras Económica – Administrativa o Ingenierías afín. Deseable Maestría
- Experiencia: De3 a 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo, gerenciales o similares.
- Necesario: Ingles Avanzado-Profesional, Conocimiento en Normas y legislaciones locales, Mapeo de Procesos, conocimientos de Calidad
- Competencias: Liderazgo, Comunicación, Manejo y Gestión de Personal, Negociación, Enfoque a Resultados y Resolución de Problemas
