JOB SUMMARY


The Manager, Digital & Marketing, All-Inclusive is responsible for supporting the Director of Digital and Marketing, Caribbean Latin America, on the development and execution of digital and marketing strategies for Marriott International's All-Inclusive portfolio of brands in CALA.

Key duties include developing, planning, and executing digital and marketing priorities, that deliver measurable results against the strategic business plans and priorities, facilitating partnership and alignment across various disciplines within Marriott International, serving as the liaison between internal partners and leadership, as well as our Global Digital team in this fast-growing business segment.

The role will champion the All-Inclusive digital needs and priorities, in partnership with Global Digital, and continent marketing leadership.

Individual must be a self-starter looking to create and implement efficient end to end digital and project management processes.

Must have a results-oriented and creative mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong adaptability and time management skills.


This role will directly to the Director of Digital and Marketing, CALA, and will liaise closely with the Global Digital and Brand teams, CALA Continent Marketing team as well as CALA Consumer Operations management teams and other disciplines as needed.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • 4year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related major preferred. MBA or similar advanced degree a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, previous focus on brand and/or integrated/digital marketing preferred with digital agency experience
  • 2+ years managerial experience.
  • Expertise in developing and managing digital marketing across various channels, platforms, and media
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills including presentations; demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Spanish and English language proficiency required. Portuguese language a plus
  • Prior experience in the field of marketing or marketing services support, digital marketing, integrated marketing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance the interests and demands of multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service orientation is required; prior experience or knowledge of website management, content development, search and digital merchandising, ad exchanges and demandside platforms (DSPs), digital media and online distribution.
  • Organized, detailoriented and deadline sensitive; takes initiative and anticipates needs.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Leads project management of All-Inclusive digital work across systems and platforms
  • Manage customer journey in the digital spaces across enterprise ecosystems
  • Serves as the liaison between CALA All-Inclusive marketing leadership and Global Brand teams as it relates to portfolio digital marketing needs and priorities, in addition to leading the continent work aligned to MGP and future digital ecosystem growth
  • Supports the integrated marketing strategy for the business segment and works crossdiscipline to define and complete objectives, and digital pull through and activation
  • Monitors and reports ongoing results against stated annual goals and MBOs
  • Manages internal and external costs in support of the budgeting process
  • Identifies crossbrand opportunities that offer greater exposure and integration for the All-Inclusive brands, within the digital consumer journey
  • Leads and supports agency partners for creative development and content across digital platforms and ecosystem
  • Facilitates/develops/manages implementation plans
  • Tracks status and accomplishments of key programs and initiatives
  • Monitors marketing communications testing/tracking approach and aggregates learning in conjunction with S&M Analysis and Global Promotions
  • Works in partnership with Field Marketing to ensure hotel specific activation, strategy, and pullthrough as necessary, within the digital ecosystems
  • Develops high impact communications to deliver All Inclusive digital plans, and workstream updates to Continent senior leaders, HQ senior leaders, regional marketing teams and hotel general managers
