Job Title: Cost Manager

KOSMOS specialises in cost, risk & carbon management in the construction industry. From Copenhagen, Ireland, and London we provide specialised cost management advice to our customers at all stages of the construction project lifecycle.

We are looking for a professional who is a trained Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager with +7 years experience and client facing consultancy experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with our partners to develop their international business and manage commercial process during design stages.

They will also be responsible for managing cost development during design process and liaising with design team to manage design development to budget.
