RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Champion service delivery coordination and oversight, ensuring the punctual fulfillment of client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forge a highperformance service delivery unit, finely tuned for efficiency
  • Implement best practices in service delivery management, optimizing processes and fostering continuous enhancement
  • Drive engagements based on KPIs and SLAs, embodying meticulousness in execution
  • Lead developmental processes, aligning with best practices, technology solutions, and architectural frameworks
  • Handle requestdriven work with a continuous emphasis on prioritization and supervision
  • Exercise expertise in ITIL, often harmonized with Agile methodologies
  • Possess a profound grasp of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices, enabling seamless transition of services and KPI/SLA establishment
  • Cultivate expertise in establishing and operating 24x7 setups, aligning with pertinent legislative requirements
  • Keep a watchful eye on risks, issues, and escalations tied to service delivery, intervening promptly to mitigate impact
  • Foster enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their contentment through diligent service provision
  • Leverage performance data analysis to unveil areas ripe for improvement, devising actionable plans for enhancement
  • Uphold the accuracy and currency of all service deliveryrelated documentation and reporting

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Robust background in Service Delivery Management, ideally within Cloud projects
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal finesse, facilitating seamless collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English at B2+ level for effective communication with clients and internal teams
  • Command of project management tools and workflow systems to orchestrate wellorganized service delivery processes
  • Proactive and adaptable approach, adept at navigating fluid conditions and shifting priorities
  • Sharp analytical prowess, coupled with a knack for problemsolving and the ability to pinpoint root causes
