Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an _
HR Advisor _

HR advisor will be responsible of driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and HR teams by utilizing systems, tools, and data.

Provide data and information analysis to help solve HR issues, ensuring these adhere to the organizations policies and objectives. Offer high-quality and timely support to employees, centers of expertise, managers and HRBP ́s regarding HR matters.

What a typical day looks like:_
Promote and enable the selfservice delivery model.
Give support to Mexico and USA HR operations.
Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.
Owners of key HR data.
Process execution under operational metrics (adhered to the standard operating procedures, meeting with the service level agreement).
Performs and supports HR Core services in and out HR.
Maintains a highly collaborative relationship with other departments and sites, etc.
Maintain and record key information for tracking and historical purposes. Following and automated end to end ticketing system (Got it).
Drives for continuous improvement and motivates employees' engagement.
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience in similar position managing HR processes.
Conversational English (speaking, writing)
Good MS Excel knowledge.
