En esta posición, gestionarás todas las actividades de fabricación para un proyecto o proyectos de una UPE (Unidad de Producción Elemental), incluyendo las responsabilidades vinculadas a la posición como lider jerárquico para todos los operadores de la organización de fabricación que pertenecen a la UPE.

Algunas de tus actividades serán:

Asegurar las condiciones de seguridad de tu equipo;
Ser responsable de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, costo, entrega y personas del negocio;
Ser responsable de la formación de los operadores (cubriendo fabricación e inspecciones internas);
Asignar tareas a los operadores;
Realizar optimizaciones del puesto de trabajo/centro de trabajo usando herramientas de APSYS;
Asegurar la ejecución del programa de mantenimiento.
Tienes un grado técnico o de licenciatura;
Tienes experiência previa en un puesto similar;
Tienes experiência en procesos relacionados con máquinas CNC;
Tienes experiência en doblado, mecanizado, corte (láser / plasma) y procesos de estampado.
