Descripción
Responsible for:
• Perform a variety of graphic design tasks, such as the development of print and online marketing pieces, templates, signage, product branding, and packaging.
• Create, innovate and modify, all communications from the operations side.
• Responsible for the design of Holiday agendas, event collateral and quarterly newsletters.
• Liases with third party vendors for any printing needs.
• Utilizes correct branding guidelines when creating design formats.
• Assist as a strategic communications business partner accountable for the delivery of all support plans and strategies for Maravilla Los Cabos and Twin Dolphin.
• Maintain an excellent relationship with other departments and vendors to foster connections that will be useful in overcoming challenges.
• Friendly, welcoming with a positive attitude, good listener, and problem solver.
• Possess excellent communication skills to ensure the quality of members' experiences.
• Produce visual content for the Twin Dolphin app and member email campaigns.
• Responsible for the creation, production, and dissemination of printed publications (brochures, posters, etc.).
• Support the development and execution of brand identity and collateral materials for organizational initiatives.
• Handle sensitive information with care to follow the protocols established to protect such information.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience (Graphic Design)
• 3+ years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/technologies/processes related to the position
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Highly proficient in Design, Media and PC software: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Corel, MS Office, Mailchimp and others
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Ability to adapt to a multicultural working environment
• Must be proficient in oral and written English and Spanish
• Proactive self-starter and ability to analyze and understand operational practices, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions
• Results-driven and teamwork orientated
