Verification of import costs.
Root cause analysis of deviations.
Monitor team execution for ARIBA order tracking (TOrders for Exports).
Monitor and control VIA approvals, for a timely manner posting of invoices into each correspondent PO, and payment controls along with partners.
Perform analysis on L12 PPV (Purchase Price Variation)
Analyse deviations between real cost and STD costs.
Propuse cost reductions.
