Purpose of the role:
Coordinate, direct and control the planning and execution of Manufacturing Costs Rolling Forecasts/Budget according to guidelines from the management and to meet the Function short
- and medium-term financial objectives. Support actual closing (month
- and year-end) for product costing.


Coordinate and review regular/ad-hoc reports for Finance, local, regional and global Operations management with all relevant data, analysis, business explanations of deviations and performance measurement.

Ensure effective cost control and management, supporting local and regional business decisions.

Lead process and system improvement initiatives across LA&C affiliates and coordinate ad-hoc projects.

Coordinate, Manage, organize, motivate and develop functional staff.


Accountabilities:

  • Customer Relationship & Financials Management


Coordinate and direct the team to become a trusted financial partner to Operations management through the quality of the service provided.

Deliver financial expertise/advisory in all business matters (from contract negotiation with suppliers to projects of operational, organizational or other nature).

Provide insightful interpretation of financials and actively support decision making. Prepare customized ad/hoc or regular reports according to the product costing information requirements of internal and external clients.

  • Budgeting, Reporting and Actuals Variance Explanations
Coordinate, direct and control the planning and execution of the RF/OB/LRPs for product costs (incl. Conversion Cost, FME and Customer Services). Coordinate proposals and agree with management targets to be provided to Budget Owners. Propose changes to the input received in order to reach targets set by management. Analyze actuals and escalate variances vs. budgets to management, if needed. Provide regular reporting and insight into business to other PMI

Operations / Finance groups.


Who are we looking for:
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field. MBA a plus.

  • 4 years in Finance, experience in Operations would be an asset
1 year of people management (ideal)"
