    We are looking for:
    Zapier SpecialistProfile
    • Strong experience in technology integration and automation, particularly using Zapier or MAKE software.
    • Knowledge of WordPress for basic site maintenance and content updates.
    • Workflow creation.
    • Familiarity with AI content generation tools like ChatGPT.
    • Excellent problem solving skills and a strong technical aptitude.
    • Good communication skills for explaining technical issues and solutions to non technical team members and clients.
    • Proactive approach to handling support desk tickets and technical inquiries.
    • Ability to demonstrate accountability, timeliness, and accuracy on a consistent basis.
