About The RoleSwiftRe is an efficient web-based platform providing mid-market and facultative business to our clients. It is an easy to use and efficient online risk placement, claims and accounting channel for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesCore portfolio management comprises of Single Fac risks via SwiftRe Platform and Fac Facilities via Fac Portal Managing own portfolio of clients who are insurance companies/brokers from several different geographies with keen focus on operational KPI excellence End to end process management - Monitoring of outstanding statements, overall cash flow management and escalations needed towards delivering business-sensitive operational results – with undiluted focus on Ease of Doing Business Ensuring data quality - clients submit timely and quality data as per contractually agreements, subsequent analysis & uploading of insurance data into the system Client support - On exceptional need basis, supporting our clients in administering their contracts and processing statements on behalf of clients in SwiftRe portal Coordination of technical and financial accounting issues with diverse market accounting teams in various Swiss Re Units and regions Providing client administration and support regarding tools, processes record management Training the clients on a regular basis to update their knowledge on SwiftRe's accounting payments processes Cross-functional collaboration with internal Underwriting teams (via email phone visit) Process improvement - Identify opportunities for simplification support process improvements system enhancement Collaborate with Business Expert Networks regular basis sustainable implementation client processes Testing participation User Acceptance Testing reporting out user summary requiredAbout The TeamThe makeup team includes 11-12 niche Operations Experts fully responsible all back-office processes some front-end processes SwiftRe suite landscape In line strategy team expanding efforts newer Solutions expected rise volume complexity Main scope intervention will be US Canada markets other markets generate full benefit wider team structure Operations We have strong link other Business Management teams collaborate daily deliver best service most value to our customers About YouMinimum Bachelor Master Finance Accounting related fields Outstanding performer minimum years work experience Strong Analytical skills flair figures Advanced Excel Microsoft Power BI skills Proven capabilities data handling portfolio steering previous work experience SQL skills would added advantage Excellent verbal written business communication skills Proficient knowledge European Asian languages would advantage Solid understanding re-insurance concepts Accounting Finance principles Being agile team player ability manage own workload demonstrate sense Accountability Responsibility Commitment Ability work together collaboratively flexibly constructively team/group environment including virtual set-ups Ability challenge status quo manage multiple stakeholders multi-cultural cross functional teams virtual set-up Insurance/Finance related certifications added advantage
