MTA Automotive Italian company requests for its plant located in Querétaro, México:Customer Services
Responsibility:
- Improve the effectiveness of customer service and facilitate organic growth;
- Take responsibility for customer problems and follow up on their resolution;
- Develop standard work procedures, adapting them to each customer;
- Analyse statistics and compile ad hoc KPIs;
- Maintain a prioritized workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in similar positions, at least 5 years, in automotive industry
- Customer portal management
- Bachelor or engineering terminated
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of the Office and SAP package, databases and customer service tools;
- Strong ability to negotiate and communicate with the customers;
- Good predisposition to interpersonal relationships;
- Advanced problemsolving skills.
