Your Roles & Responsabilities:

Attend and lead problem solving to respond customer 0KM, warranty, and supplier complaints on portal, or applicable form.
Plan, program, execute, follow up to supplier audits.
APQP, PPAP Champion for new customer part numbers and supplier components.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction as well as administration of qualified suppliers' performance.
Coordination of sorting /containment on site and plant for concerns related to suppliers and customers.
Participate on customer, internal and external audits.

Your Skills & Strengths:

B.S in technical Engineering field (Mechanical / Industrial).
Bilingual, English and Spanish.
At least 2 years of experience on similar role on automotive company.
Work experience on IATF 16949 and CSRs FORD/GM/FCA, Core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plan. 8D, VDA 6.3, IMDS, Engineering drawing interpretation GD&T, desirable Green Belt.
Effective communication, high level reporting, customer oriented and negotiation skills
