Your New Role

We're on the lookout for a US Payroll Analyst to join our People and Culture Shared Services Payroll Department. The role involves managing payroll for US employees, conducting audits, and enhancing payroll processes. Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume payroll, knowledge of regulatory compliance, and expertise in processing payroll for various entities. Responsibilities include researching payroll issues, supporting audits, and contributing to special projects.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Conduct payroll activities and analyze pay rules using various platforms.
• Review timecard data and pay inputs for accuracy.
• Process special pay requests and adjustments.
• Calculate payroll-related items such as garnishments and pension.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
• Assist in payroll reconciliation and analysis.
• Perform data analysis and process invoices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in US payroll operations, experience in a shared service organization is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Language Requirements: Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday HR/payroll, SAP, or PeopleSoft, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Process Management: Understanding of US federal and state regulations, skilled in process improvements.
• Union Requirements: Familiarity with Motion Picture collective bargaining agreements and union pension health and welfare.
