- Process raw material AP invoices (3-way match) for business units located globally
- Process non raw material AP invoices for business units located globally
- Investigate received and not invoiced purchase order receipts
- Participate in the month end close activities.
- Provide help with invoice receiving, storing and approvals of AP invoices
- Communicate with internal customers/departments.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations when needed.
- Degree required
- 2-6 years of experience preferred
- Work with minimal guidance.
- Resolve problems of increasing complexity.
- Computer experience and functional use of integrated business systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel enabling fast data manipulation.
- Strong interaction with customers, well-developed commercial sense, and excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate in English very well (writing and verbally)
