**Job Title:** Facilities Technician

A global, multi-disciplinary team is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team at HARMAN Automotive. As a facilities technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by providing maintenance and utilities services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on tasks commissioned by the supervisor.
• Monitoring cleaning assistant in assigned areas.
• Participates in the development and programming of preventive and predictive maintenance and executes them.
• Responsible for the supervision of technical services.
• Supervising the work orders of clients.
• Responsible for the safety of the work carried out by installation technicians, providing required permits to carry out the work.
• Validate the work done.
• Carry out work with high quality and safety.
• Answer emergency calls on your communication and/or verbal equipment.
• Inform daily to your supervisor the work done and pending of the day.
• Report any risk situation in building equipment to its load.
• Anticipate the purchase of spare parts for your equipment under load.
• Follow up on material purchase requisitions.
• Responsible for making tours to review the conditions of the building.
• Be on time for preventive maintenance of building equipment.
• Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.

Requirements:

• 05 years minimum experience verifiable, as facilities technician or facilities leader.
• Experience in a Manufacturing Industry.
• Availability of time.
• Understanding of electronic, hydraulic, Mechanicals and cooling system.
• Knowledge in Medium Voltage, Electrical Installations, Pneumatics.
• Knowledge in compressors.
• Knowledge in electrical substations.
• Plumbing.
• Residence in areas close to the company.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electric, electronic systems schematics, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge Molding process.
• Chiller and water treatment experience.
• Molding Machines basic conditions and installations.
• High school or technical career in mechanics, electromechanics, electrical.
