About the Role

A growing international organization is seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager to lead operations, drive client success, and help scale a dynamic service-focused business.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, delivering consistent value and service excellence.
• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand existing accounts and identify new growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across operations, sales, marketing, and HR to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Leadership & Coaching: Build a high-performing team culture through mentorship, clear goal-setting, and professional development.
• Operational Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve workflows and internal processes to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
• Data-Driven Management: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and report insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Talent Development: Support recruitment and onboarding initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational culture and performance standards.
• Executive Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership to align business unit strategy with company vision.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, team management, or operations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or within U.S. business culture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Ability to travel occasionally to the U.S. for business meetings (as needed)
