Support in the implementation of process and database automation initiatives for the department, with activities including:

Analysis (interpretation) of customer needs.
Define technical specifications of the developments
Designing databases and reports.
Design of computer visualizations and dashboards.
Testing developments.
Implementation of new solutions.
Documentation of information flow and processes.
Training to end users.
Education: Active student in Systems or Programming engineering (or related), with a graduation conferral date after July 202
Experience: 1 semester of internship in programming or digitalization.
Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Ability to collaborate and work within a team. Leadership and problem solving. Attitude of service. Advanced English.
Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Power Bi and Python.
