Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to support our production operations. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This role requires minimal supervision, allowing the individual to take ownership of their tasks and responsibilities. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to adapt quickly to new situations, and possesses excellent communication skills.

• Purpose Statement:

The primary purpose of this position is to assist in maintaining efficient production processes while ensuring quality standards are met.

• Key Job Accountabilities:

• Operate equipment/processes according to provided instructions or experience.

• Assist in creating instructions when none exist.

• Maintain accurate records for time keeping, labor tracking, inventory control, process documentation,

as well as scrap and quality records.
