Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnershipEnsurethat purchase goods, materials and services and company operational needs aremet, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuityof supply.

You will hold responsibility for a specific project/region/business.
You will deliver tactical activities of purchasing goods and services off ofdefined contracts with stated terms and conditions. Also, may includeoccasional one-off negotiations for non-standard buys, low dollar volume buysor items that are not strategically sourced.
Ensuresupply of direct material, purchase goods to the company operational needs aremet.
Responsibleof submitting Purchase orders to vendors, executing exception messages from MRPand follow up with vendors PO Acknowledgment

Responsibleof 3-way match process, to ensure material availability working with receivingteams and with AP department to ensure payments to vendor.

Performprocurement metrics accordingly to organization's goals.
Managewith sourcing group, to procure at the best price, quality, and lead time.
Coordinateall data for direct metrics for the monthly reports (savings, spend, terms,etc). Work with each business functional leader to understand major spendcategories and cost savings opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver on customer needs.
Conduct competitive bid.
Identify cost reduction opportunities.
Review and monitor purchase requisitions.
Manage supplier communication.
Understand market trends.
Deal with invoice discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with strategic procurement.
Project ManagementYOU MUST HAVE1+ year of experience intactical and strategic direct purchases.

Bachelor's degreeAdvanced level of EnglishExcel experience and knowledgeWE VALUEKnowledge of purchasing systemStrong communication skills and a team playerGood organizational - ability to prioritize and do problem solving.

Limited experience in a purchasing environmentEnglish fluent, any other language is a plus.
