    Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through effective communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetingsCreate consistent pipeline demand through qualified leads generated by marketing team, professional networks and own prospecting activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and identify upselling opportunitiesWork with leadership teams to developing and implementing regional Demand Generation strategiesAssist with drafting sales tools, presentations, reference material, and other documents as requiredEfficient in time management with multiple prioritiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business leads and expand the company's customer base (targeted outreach by location and industry sector/profile basis)Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholdersCreate proposal requests for potential clientsStay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the Brazilian market Education Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
    Qualifications & Experience
    2 to 3 years of experience in business development, customer engagement or similar roles, preferably in the software/technology industryProficient Portuguese and English skills (oral and written)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholdersEfficient in time management with multiple prioritiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business growthWork both independently and cohesively in a team environment Questions about the position?
