Descripción The main responsibilities are to:

Responsible for all financial reporting (P&L, Balance sheet, CAPEX and various KPIs), profitability follow up, tax packages, internal controls in compliance with legal requirements, internal policies and procedures, USGAAPWork closely with shared services center (accounting, tax office)Prepare annual business plan and rolling forecast updates.

Analyze the variances between plan/forecast and actual (P&L and cash flow), propose and lead corrective/improvement action plans.

Communicate with all departmental managers in order to complete and analyze daily, weekly, monthly and year-end reports for operations and division management.

Push continuous improvement and best practices deployment throughout the operations.

Organize financial vision and strategies that are in alignment with the overall strategic direction of the corporation and in compliance with US GAAP.Maintain adequate risk management-based internal controls / SOX.Provide business analysis on trends, issues, and developments that could impact the operation.

Complete other tasks as assigned.

Perfil buscado Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance is requiredSpanish and English fluent are both mandatoryMinimum 5 years of experience in a Plant Controller role in a multinational companyKnowledge of Maquiladora scheme organization in MexicoAttention to detail, problem solving abilities, hands on and strong interpersonal skillsPrevious experience working with SAP Qué Ofrecemos Competitive salary with superior benefits.
