MGR Launch Management:

We are looking to hire a Manager Launch Management to join our team at Juárez._

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the management and administration of new projects, engineering changes and CI activities in ZF Electronic Systems JRZ plant I and II.
Ensures best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
Ensures the highest utilization of manufacturing capacity to minimize capital expenditures, maximizes efficiencies and achieves the highest levels of product quality.
Defines and leads standardization and program optimization for existing processes.
Provides technical support and direction to NPI and AME's, works closely with all local and remote team members to ensure a successful and ontime launches.
Coordinate all milestones for JRZ II plant starting with the building infrastructure which it is ongoing, launches activities with the lead plant (ARB)
PM's, AME's advance Process and Quality planners. (Currently this position does not exist in ZF JRZ Plant, and JRZ II plant is the home of inverters manufacturing as key growth driver for USMCA region)
Furthermore, this position is in line with the ZF Blueprint Production plant (Standard & Homogenous Lean ZF Structure).

Requeriments:

Deep understanding of project management activities
ZF Group GDPEP, OLM (Operational Launch Management)
Results oriented individual and proven experience to successfully launch new programs
Min 8 years of experience as PM / New Launches coordination.
