OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:

FORMACIÓN ACADEMICA:

Licenciatura/Ingeniería/carrera técnica en Sistemas, Informatica o Tecnologías de la información.

HABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES:

Strong Communication Skills:
Be able to communicate effectively with all team members, stakeholders, and the Product Owner. Must be able to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner.

Leadership and Facilitation:
Be a strong leader, able to guide and motivate the team to achieve their goals. Must also be skilled at facilitating meetings, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

Conflict Resolution:
Be adept at resolving conflicts and removing any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress. Must be able to identify potential issues and take proactive steps to prevent them from occurring.

Understanding of Agile and Scrum principles: Have a thorough understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, as well as experience in implementing them. This knowledge will enable them to guide the team in adhering to the principles and best practices of Scrum.

Continuous Improvement:
Be committed to continuous improvement, both for themselves and the team. They must be willing to experiment, learn from their mistakes, and constantly seek ways to improve the team's performance.

Technical Knowledge:
Technical knowledge in C#.NetFramework,.NetCore, this can help to better understand and support the development team. Can also more effectively communicate with the Product Owner on technical issues that arise during the development process.

Adaptability:
Be adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Must be able to adjust their approach to suit the needs of the team and the project, as well as be able to handle changes in scope or requirements.

SCRUM Master certified is preferred
