IT Delivery and Support at our location in Monterrey, MX is looking for an
IT Analyst Intern.

The Delivery and Support team is responsible to maintain, manage and proactively monitoring all the IT Infrastructure related topics:

Servers, Storage, Network, backups.
Datacenter & Passive IT.
Worplace (including end user support)

Responsibilities:

Participate in the IT infra related tasks.
Operational support of hardware and software.
IP addressing management and administration.
Support server, storage, network & backup hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Work with external vendors for infrastructure related projects.
Provide 1st and 2nd level production network support.
Provide end user support at production plant & corporate offices.

Qualifications:

Advanced english
Currently studying a degree related to computer science.
