Description


The Accounts payable is responsible to receive, review, classify and schedule pay invoices to suppliers, and also to analyze and register invoices on correct accounts on finance accounting.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor ́s degree or last semesters
  • English
  • Organized.
  • Teamwork.
  • Proactive.
  • Attached to rules and procedures.
  • Management of Excel.
  • Knowledge of banking portals.
  • AP experience is preferable.
  • Ability to monitor several administrative processes at the same time. Knowledge of digital billing software.
  • Experience for conciliation and negotiation. Ability to deal with suppliers, strengthening business relationships and debt compliance.
