Conduct regular analysis of P2P processes and controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Develop and implement internal controls and policies to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and IT, to develop and enforce standardized procedures and workflows for P2P activities.
Drive the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor and analyze team performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.Develop and maintain statement of work (SOW) documents and procedural guides to document P2P processes and ensure consistency and accuracy in execution.
Proactively identify root causes of process inefficiencies, errors, and escalations, and implement actions to address underlying issues and prevent recurrence.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting innovation, learning, and collaboration to drive operational excellence. Wearelookingfor Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.5 to 8 years of experience in purchase to pay, accounts payable, or procurement roles, with a focus on compliance, process improvement, and performance management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. Experience in B2B procurement and supplier relationship management. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes and achieve cost savings. Expertise in stakeholder management and escalation resolution. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office suite.
