Payroll software knowledge (SAP, Revolution, TRESS, etc.)
Expert in calculation and solid legal knowledge in IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IDSE, SUA, SAT
Calculation and payment of employer obligations and social benefits
Settlement calculations, additions, terminations, salary adjustments, discounts
Implement internal control and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
Proficiency in MS programs (advanced Excel)
Understanding of Human Resources programs, practices, and regulations/legal requirements
Review and compliance of internal policies and procedures related to Payroll process.
Permanent training and update to users of Payroll system.
Payroll files management (Active and inactive)
General knowledge of continuous improvements methodologies

Experiência y requisitos

Professional & Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related fields - 5+ years of experience in Payroll processes (end to end) - Experience in manufacturing plants.

Skills - Leadership - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Customer focus - Excellent communication skills at all levels - Team player Languages - Fluent in English (Desirable)
