    Head of Marketing

    The ideal candidate for this role is accountable for the overall management and responsible for sales direction at One&Only Resorts, ensuring on-target sales goals achievement according to Kerzner International.

    Sales Direction

    • Manage relationships with key trade partners.
    • Promote commercial opportunities with like-minded brands outside the travel sector (e.g. retail, fashion, automobile).

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Led and manage all day-to-day activities related to sales function focusing on building long-term value-based customer relationship enabling property sales objectives achievement.
    2. Develops and executes sales strategies across six strategic pillars.
    We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within luxury travel sector who has strong commercial focus, proactive drive for results, financial understanding and excellent knowledge of business acumen.
