    CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST

    Our Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for controlling and ensuring the integrity of fixed assets from physical, accounting, and tax standpoints.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain control of communication with the client by channeling information provided by internal departments according to their requirements.
    • Timely follow-up on invoicing to ensure prompt payment. Overdue invoice status tracking.
    • Handling, negotiation, and justification with clients (obsolete materials).
    • Analysis of the company's sales budget (in coordination with internal departments and KAMs) to ensure compliance.
    • Channel product quality complaints and follow up to ensure they are addressed in a timely and proper manner by the parties involved.
    • Manage and ensure compliance with agreements between KDC and the client; negotiate required changes when necessary.
    • Monitor and follow up on client priorities (productive – informative).
    • Control and management of the KPIs established for the department.
    • Monthly sales reporting to clients and corporate.
    • Quotation of special requirements (samples, TSPR, etc.).
    • Creation of productive material views.
    • Set up Sold-to and Ship-to accounts according to each Vendor Code.
    • Creation of packing lists when required by the client and/or sales and provide shipment status updates.
    • Maintain price records in SAP according to approvals between the client and the Key Account Manager.
    • Execution of the disposal and destruction process for obsolete materials.
    • Follow-up on OSMI/SLOB according to each client's needs (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, etc.).
    • Billing status vs. projection vs. budget analysis.
    • Prepare and maintain the OTIF report.
    • Implement necessary changes in SAP within the Frozen Zone according to each client's requirements.
    • Share with the client the deltas of materials below MOQ and/or related to transportation, generated based on their demand.
    • Upload client Forecast and Sales Orders into SAP.

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in English is a prerequisite (90%)
    • Bachelor's degree in international Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, and/or equivalent proven experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with focus on Management and negotiations with external clients, Launch of new projects, ERP management and inventory control.

    • Advanced Excel
    • Good communication and interpersonal skill
