We are looking for a Sr Specialist IT Program Management to be part of the IT Hub NA.

The role


The Sr Specialist must proactively manage ambiguity, anticipate issues, align with program/project goals, project execution, and deliver the expected outcome within scope, budget, timeline, and quality.


What you'll do

  • Planning and organizing: Developing a comprehensive project plan, defining objectives, creating a timeline, allocating resources, and establishing clear deliverables.
  • Team leadership and communication: Building and managing a project team, assigning tasks, facilitating effective communication, and fostering collaboration among team members. Effectively communicate status and concerns at all levels in the organizationwith senior leaders through to project team members and thirdparty service/solution providers.
  • Risk management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
  • Budget and cost control: Monitoring project expenses, tracking budget utilization, and ensuring that the project remains within the allocated budget.
  • Lead and manage the full E2E lifecycle of a project from initiation to delivery completion

Recreation activities

Minimum qualifications:


  • PMP (Project Management) certification or PRINCE2 preferred but will accept years of experience LEADING projects of small to medium complexity (leadership role within project, not just supporting/part of project team)
  • Business Analyst skills
  • 2+ years of experience LEADING small to mediumsized projects from an EndtoEnd perspective (not just support role—but leadership role within the project), including owning and managing the project budget

Bonus Points If You:


  • Functional experience from Supply Chain (Customer Service, Physical Logistics, Planning, Procurement), Marketing & Sales, and/or Finance is strongly preferred
